Natural Choice

Since 2011 we have been preparing mustards and preserves in our home kitchen using only all-natural ingredients, without the use of preservatives or chemical additives. We choose only the ripest fruit for our preserves, and we don't use pectin to thicken it: we use more fruit instead!
