The Apex Farmers Market is a community organized non-profit dedicated to the education and support of the local Apex community.

The Apex Farmers Market is operated in accordance with state, county and local laws, for the benefit of farmers, local vendors and consumers. Our purpose is to provide the residents of the Town of Apex and the surrounding community with a vibrant marketplace to buy fresh, wholesome local produce, meats, seafood, and gourmet food products, as well as home & garden accessories, arts, crafts and food in an entertaining family-friendly atmosphere, while also providing local producers with a direct market for their goods. We aim for a Farmers Market that customers from our community will visit weekly as a part of their routine shopping experience. A limited number of each type of product and vendor will be accepted.

The Apex Farmers Market is primarily a North Carolina producers’ market, meaning that farmers, vendors, craftsmen, and artists will sell products that are grown, raised, produced, or crafted by the vendor only. No reselling of items is allowed, unless written permission is obtained in advance from Apex Farmers Market, except as it is part of an item that is produced by the vendor. The Apex Farmers Market is intended to provide the Apex community with a local experience and local products. Vendors must live, produce and/or grow their products within 100 miles of the Apex Farmers Market, with the exception of items that are not attainable within 100 miles (such as seafood and other specialty items that aren't produced or grown in this area). Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case by case basis by the Apex Farmers Market Board, based on market and community needs. A very limited number of booths are reserved weekly for local civic, non-profit, charitable, and community organizations. These booths are available on a rotating basis. Please contact us for availability.
